I can only say nothing but good things about my experience with Kay Owen. My fiancA(C) and I were on the market looking for a new house because the apartment life was getting old, Kay helped us find a home that suited our needs/wants in price range, year built, location and amount of bedrooms/bathrooms. She was always available for any of your questions and if she doesn't have the answer, believe me she will find it. We've met to view homes on Saturdays and even during the week after her work hours in order to help meet our busy schedule. Kay has a fantastic team that she works with that covers all areas of buying a home, my fiancA(C) and I like to call them "The Dream Team". The Dream Team featured Kay Owen (Realtor at Moorefield Realty), Christopher Coy (Lending Manager at Towne Bank) and DeLeon Parker (Attorney at Parker Law). They handled everything professionally and in a timely manner; Trust me, you will feel like a part of the family. We closed on our home yesterday (1/29/15) and I will honestly say it was a pretty "painless" experience, also secured our keys a few hours later. :) I'd recommend Kay and her mighty DREAM-TEAM to anyone in a heartbeat.....The long review was definitely necessary!
