This was not an easy deal for Lisa & Patti but they handled it with flying colours! I am very grateful to both of them!I live overseas and had tenants in the house for over 10 years. The tenants had been hard on the house and basic maintenance had not been performed. Upon inspection, it was found that the many things in the house were not done to code by the home builder. Patti and Lisa made arrangements with several contractors and managed all aspects of the rectification works. They managed to bring the house not only up to code, but they also made the place look new in the process! Lisa and Patti were always patient, especially when I was losing my patience with contractors. They made a very difficult situation easy and were a pleasure to work with! If you are looking for agents that get the job done and go the extra mile(s) look no further than Lisa and Patti!
