Tyler was great from the start! I was moving to the Dallas area from deep East Texas and had nothing but a budget and a dream. The moment Tyler contacted me I felt way better! He knows the area and he knows the market. If you don't know anything about real estate, he will walk you through! Don't need someone to hold your hand? Well he is still there to help with anything! Never once tried to sell me on a property. He respects your opinion more than the commission. He didn't sell a property to me, he pointed out little things that helped lead me to MY decision! He let me pick my own home and told me what to expect along the journey. He even helped me hang up smoke detectors because I didn't have the tools at the time. If you want a guy who will take care of you and your money, then look no further. He is the man with a plan and that plan is to take care of his customers. I'm a customer for life and I don't think I would ever even have to look around.

My wife and I were complete novices in the homebuying experience and were delighted Zillow matched us with Tyler. Tyler was always on hand to facilitate viewings and to talk about the neighborhood, condition of the home, what work would need to done and property values. It's not an exaggeration to stay he provided us with a truly concierge service and his responsiveness was second to none. Even though he was busy with lot of clients he always made us feel like his top priority. Where Tyler really came into his own was in negotiation. He was not at all shy in asking for significant discounts. With the property we finally purchased he helped us negotiate that the seller would pay all of our closing costs which was a wonderful bonus for us. I would not hesitate in recommending Tyler to anyone looking to buy a home.
