Susan Busch (Sue) is an excellent realtor. I used her services to buy investment properties. In the very first meeting, she fully understood my ideas, requirements and she came up with a plan, where to focus, which kind of properties are suitable based on my criteria. She has immaculate local real estate knowledge and very quick in responding to my questions. She takes initiate to send the details and call me back each time, even if, I some time forgets. On top, her negotiation skill is excellent. She knows how the aEURoepricingaEUR? and aEURoeasking priceaEUR? works and I followed her direction and it worked. My wife and I met Sue completely by chance at an open house that she was scouting for another client, we struck up a conversation and she gave us some pointers on what to look for in different houses. We went on to see a few other houses that day and on the way home we talked a lot about Sue. She wasn't trying to, but she really made an impression on us, and we just felt that she was a good person and I knew I could trust her. We had talked to a few other realtors that were pressuring us to sign a contract, but Sue never had to ask because we knew we wanted to work with her and no one else! When we finally found the perfect house she helped us craft an offer and it was accepted immediately the following day. She worked closely with our loan officer and we closed very quickly without any snags. She was adamant that we get a warranty for our house, and when the seller duped us after already agreeing to it, she paid for it out of her pocket so that we could have our warranty. We absolutely love Sue, and we know that we will be working with her and Real Estate By Design again to find our next house.
