It recently became necessary for our family to sell property in Middlesboro, KY, after an elderly relative's passing. We didn't know anything about the area, as we live out of state, and required someone with extensive experience to help us through the process, plus someone that could be our eyes and ears on the ground. Typically, similar to many folks in our situation, we began researching real estate professionals online. During our research, one name kept appearing, Beth Combs. We met with Ms. Combs at the property, and we knew early on that she is the right professional for the job. The property was in a state of decline and in very poor condition due to years of neglect. There was a huge amount of collected items on the property, and the residential structure on the property was beyond repair. Beth quickly assessed the situation and came up with an action plan to get the property on the market as soon as possible. She had necessary resources ready and available, and had the property on the market within a few days. During the listing period we received several offers. Beth discussed each offer with us, but there was no pressure from her to take any unreasonable offers. Rather, she provided her professional opinion with clear and concise guidance. Communication with Beth throughout the process was exemplary and timely. Finally, when an acceptable offer was received. She tirelessly worked though every issue on our behalf to move the transaction from offer to closing. We highly recommend Beth Combs. She went above and beyond in this difficult situation, and has proven to be at the top of her profession in the area.
