Tricia was an absolute dream to work with throughout the entire home buying process. As first time home buyers, there was just so much about home buying that we simply didnt know. What we DID know was we wanted an all-star realtor who could guide us and help us successfully purchase a home that checked the boxes. We found that with Tricia! After our initial call with her, she connected us with a great lender the very same day so we could go through the pre-approval process and begin house hunting. She was always very responsive via email, text, and phone call. This was huge when trying to set up appointments to view homes that were only staying on the market for a day or two. During our first home viewing, Tricia took note of our likes and dislikes and asked us additional questions to refine our search and focus on homes that fit our needs and wants. Our very first offer we made was accepted and it truly is all thanks to Tricia. She laid out all the various ways we could make our offer competitive, from offering more money (obviously) to lesser known tactics like giving the sellers more time to move. After our offer was accepted, Tricia came through for us again when the appraisal didnt come in at the expected price. She appealed it on our behalf after finding errors and ultimately saved us some money. She guided us through the closing process and made sure we were set up for success come move-in day. Its been a couple months since we moved in and she continues to check in to see how we are doing! We truly would not be home owners today without her.
