I got the great pleasure to get to work with Eric this year. I was a first time home buyer and I was so nervous to even start looking at a house. I was referred to Eric by a friend and was highly impressed with how well he took care of me. There was a complication that came up with the house that I bought and Eric was very on top of it and was calling the selling agent every day trying to figure out why we didn't have any information. He made sure that he updated me along the process and as soon as he got information he let me know. I feel that Eric was the best pick for me as a first time home buyer he was so patient with me. One thing that I really like he was so willing to show me houses when ever time worked best for me there was one day that we even went and looked at a house on the weekend. I am very very impressed with the working with Eric and I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to by a house.
