Megan and Nicole were great throughout the whole process of the sale of our house in McLean. We had chosen Megan and her firm to represent us, based on recommendations and seeing the success rate of their work and previous sales. We are extremely happy we did. Megan and Nicole were very professional and made the transaction very smooth for us. Especially, since we are posted overseas and listed during the uncertain times of COVID-19. Megan oversaw the prep of the house for sale, including engaging contractors and landscapers to help polish the house before it went on the market. She made helpful suggestions and provided advice to ensure the best outcome.Given the referrals and what we had heard about Megan and her teams great track record, our expectations were high. Due to the timing, regular open houses were not an option (to keep interested parties safe in COVID-19 era), but Megan and Nicole put together an amazing online presence; including, but not limited to, a customized web site, virtual tours, Youtube video, and other channels. The communication and feedback between us and the team were great. We were kept updated in a timely manner. And, all their efforts paid off. Our house received a full-price offer within a couple of hours of being on the market. Their work didnt stop here. Megan and Nicole walked us through the process of being under contract and closing and looked out for us and our interests, helping us safe money, time, and efforts.
