I have not met Alex in person yet but was referred to him from an out of state Real Estate office. I know the Ormond Beach area well and have been looking at homes for a while. During my first phone conversation with Alex I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of the area and more so with his knowledge of the overall market conditions at the time. Over the next several weeks I reached out to Alex for information on homes I had interest in. Each and every time Alex responded to my questions and requests for information almost immediately. He would even drive by the properties and give me his honest opinion on whether to pursue or not. He earned my trust and I recently bought a house from him sight unseen. Since I am out of state, Alex was there for the home and septic inspections and coordinated getting any issues fixed. He acted on my behalf with the utmost expertise and professionalism. I have worked with more than a few real estate agents over the years including good friends in the business and can honestly say Alex is the best by a wide margin.
