My neighbor highly recommended Megan. They said that they had a terrific experience buying the home through Megan. So I was finally ready to sell my home and I called Megan and she came over the next day to look over the home and property and I was so impressed with her knowledge of everything inside and outside the home. In fact I had recently installed new carpet and already had a nasty stain in the hallway and so Megan asked what kind of cleaners did I have in the house. She found a bottle of spray n wash and she ended up removing the entire stain in about 10 minutes. I was highly convinced that this is the woman that is going to sell my home and she did. We close in a few weeks. Megan made selling this house an actual enjoyment. I have bought and sold several homes in my lifetime and Megan is the only person that would text me right back if I had a question or drive the 25 mile trip to give me suggestions. I'm a single male and my house looked like it but she turned my home into a warm and cozy place where you felt welcomed and I remember when she left I knew this house would sell quickly which it did. And she did it during the winter. I told Megan recently that if ever I could have had a daughter I would like her to be just like her. Megan went the extra mile for me, I have serious health issues and need to get back to my cardiologist in Oregon so she made sure that I was going to get home ASAP. I can never properly Thank Megan enough. A simple Thank you just doesn't seem to fit for someone that goes so far and beyond what most realtors would do for their client. She did an outstanding job and made me one happy man to be able to get back home so quickly. Thank you Megan !

My wife and I were first time home buyers and have heard many nightmare stories about buying houses, and how long and complex the process takes. So to say the least I was nervous about buying a house and a bit worried about who I could trust.Luckily I found Megan, and she exceeded my expectations many time over. She explained the entire buying process to me at the start so I had a very clear understanding of what would happen, including common issue that arise in the process which can cause added delays or costs, and even what my options were if I ever grew uncomfortable with the buying process or her. So right off the bat she made me more comfortable with the whole process, and earned a fair amount of trust since she set the expectations on both sides of the table at the start.After that she very actively searched for homes for us to look at and consider, and was in general all around helpful in the home selection process. When looking at homes, she was very involved with us, what we do we like, what do we not like, and she was very knowledgeable about what looked correct/incorrect/etc. I was surprised at how many things she was able to point out as nice features or possible issues and how to fix them when all I saw was another room.It wasn't very long before we found a house we really liked, and I feel like we would not have gotten it without Megan's help. We ended up having to move very quickly to get the house since another offer was made on the house and we had to formulate our offer and submit it to the seller, which we did with Megan's help on a Saturday. Megan put everything together, walked me through the offer, submitted it, and worked very late that night (a Saturday night!) so that she could call me the next morning to congratulate me that my offer was accepted.Next there's all the stuff that has to happen after the offer is accepted. Megan and the administrative staff at Wes Madden were on top of it every step of the way. We closed on our target date, which was only about a month or month and a half after the offer was accepted. There were multiple negotiation points in the process. Our offer, repairs needed based on the house inspection, and more. Megan's advice here always made very good sense. In general, I feel like we got a fair deal in the end and I think/hope the seller feels the same way.Beyond that, there are many people that had to be part of this process from the house inspector, to the mortgage company, to the insurance companies, the title company, i'm sure there were others i'm forgetting. In every case, Megan had contacts which were people she trusted to provide me with a quality professional experience, e.g., she had contacts at multiple mortgage companies so when I was shopping for a loan she provided me the people she thought was the best for multiple companies based on past experience. Her knowledge and contacts extend beyond the buying process as well, from everything to a good person to work on a boiler, or do some wood work, deliver fuel, etc.
