Our experience with Megan was excellent. We were selling our current house to buy another. Megan was professional and very easy to work with during our search for a new home. She had great rapport with everyone involved in the process. Even though she was our buying agent she offered some great suggestions for upgrades to attract buyers for the house we were selling, even keeping an eye out for buyers. When our plans changed Megan was flexible and helped continue our search. Ultimately Megan ended up going above and beyond to make sure we ended up in the right house. She took the time to check in with us several times after closing to make sure we were happy. This is our third home purchase and Megan was by far the best buyers agent we have worked with. We would definitely go with Megan and the Madden Team again and would recommend them to any home buyer!

Working with Megan was a fantastic experience. We were buying our first home and had little to no knowledge about the process, which you would think could be an issue but because we had Megan, it was not. She walked us through every step while still allowing us to be ourselves and look for our perfect first home. Megan had all details for each house we reviewed and know exactly what she was showing us before we could even ask. She was extremely personable and it felt like we were going through this experience with a friend, not just our realtor. I hope you are still in the business when I get old, Megan, because when we start looking for our retirement home, we're looking for you! She is great for everyone, but if this is your first home and you need some (or like us, a lot!) of guidance, Megan is your match!
