Nick was recommended by a family member, and I'm glad I took her advice and contacted him! He showed me several properties that fit my criteria. The one I purchased was a foreclosure. Nick explained the process and made sure I was pre-approved for the loan before I made an offer. He also explained that the property was a Homepath property and that I could qualify for 3% closing help if I took an on-line course. That information saved me thousands of dollars in closing costs! Despite the fact that the property was sold as-is, Nick was able to get the seller to pay for termite treatment and fix a leaky shut-off valve. Because he knows the process so well, he was always one step ahead of things. We had no hold-ups and no unexpected problems. Nick was very responsive to emails, phone calls and texts. Long story short: I highly recommend him!
