Nick was a great help to my husband and I as we went through the process of buying our first home. He took the time to show us through many different neighborhoods, pointing out pros and cons of every area we went through, as well as positives and negatives of the houses themselves that we looked at. Once we'd found a place we loved, he guided us through the paper process that followed, making it understandable and less intimidating than I'd expected it all to be. Nick also helped us manage some tough negotiations and a few unexpected twists and turns in securing financing, but in the end, we got our house! Even after the deal settled, a few unresolved issues remained, but Nick has stayed on the case to make sure everything gets tied up properly. I'm very glad he was our agent through this first home-buying experience of ours.

Choosing a real estate agent is not easy... until you meet with Nick. I am a person with very high expectations, so when I thought about hiring an agent I thought about the traits I want the agent to possess when acting on my behalf to make the biggest purchase of my life, as I'm sure you are as well -- you need someone who is professional, has a strong understanding of the market, problem-solving skills (because it's inevitable), someone acts with integrity and honesty, is motivated and driven to help you and strong negotiating skills. Nick encompasses ALL of these traits and was truly a pleasure to work with. We must have seen 20+ homes, every time he explained to us the neighborhood, pros/cons of the home, possibly what we could change, pointed out signs of water damage or potential risk areas because he has the knowledge most of us do not when it comes to the construction of a home and his experiences will definitely help you too! I was very impressed with him, every step of the way. We all have the family/friends who dabble in real estate here and there and I'm glad I didn't hire any of mine. When it comes to the purchase of a home, leave it to the professionals. I can say with 100% certainty I would not be in my dream house if it were not for Nick!!! You're the best Nick, cannot thank you enough!!!

My husband and I recently retired and needed to sell our house in Maryland so we could move to our new home in Delaware. I was riding down Rt 175 one day and saw the "Fathom Realty Box Truck" parked off the road and thought wow, I am calling them because you can also use the truck to help you move! Best decision I ever made! From the moment we met Nick, I knew we were in good hands!! Nick is a true professional and an expert in his field!!
