It was my first time buying a house and I was so in and out of where I wanted to be and what I wanted. Tim Foldy took me to look at around 40 houses probably, not even exaggerating. He was very set to keep me in my budget, even when I was wondering if I could do better. There is nothing more comforting in a realtor then having them support everything you need in a home at an affordable cost. He agreed with all of my negotiation tactics and never said "You should offer more" because he knew my budget and we stuck with it. He guided me through the entire process, he was ALWAYS available (text and phone), and made buying a house a lot less stressful than I ever imagined. Even after moving into the house in April 2020, he came by to see me and my partner and brought housewarming gifts and wanted to see how we started to make the house our own. To this day, him and his wife, Margie Foldy, who is also a realtor, have checked in, sent me market updates, and made it clear they would recommend any help I needed with roofs, AC, etc. I highly recommend Tim or Margie Foldy as a realtor! They will make your buying/selling experience easier, comforting, supportive, and filled with great blessings!
