I was lucky and blessed to meet Kevin around Christmas 2018. I was with my family getting ready to celebrate the holidays when I started to look over the Zillow website for homes in South Carolina near the Charlotte region. I submitted my contact information on the sites website and almost instantly started to receive automated text messages and phone calls from realtors in the area wanting my business. One text message stood out from the rest as it seemed non-automated and genuine, I decided to call that number just to chat and within a 1 hour conversation I had gained a realtor that I could trust. Kevin is a great realtor but most important an even greater person, he's honest and always made our interest a priority. We have met realtors before that have that make a sale mentality no matter what and that does not fit the bill with Kevin. His work ethic is strong, he went above and beyond and I would recommend him as a realtor to anyone seeking someone they could flat out trust.
