Adrienne is the best agent one can hope for. When we had to sell our house in Union City, the market was in a tricky juncture. There were clear signs of slowing down. We needed someone with deep insights into the market to come up with a strategy tailored for our situation. We needed impeccable execution of the plan. We needed a calm hand steering course through the stressful of times. Adrienne was exactly that and much more. She is one of a kind; professionals like her are rare.Some of her best attributes1. Work ethics: She puts her client first. She worked extremely hard to get us the best possible result, from following up every leads to doing thorough analysis of every market data available. She was available 24 * 7 to answer every question. 2. Concierge: She handled all aspects of getting the house ready for market, starting from strategizing about getting the best value of our budget, taking bids from contractors, managing the remodeling work, and keeping everything on schedule. This took a huge burden off from us. I even made a trip abroad in the middle of all this. She literally took care of everything.3. Proactiveness: She was always a few steps ahead, thinking and planning for the next steps. I think this is one of her qualities that puts her ahead of the other real estate agents that I worked with before.4. Staging: She did the staging for us, which was very well appreciated by everybody who visited the house. Besides the obvious value it brings when your realtor does staging, it brings tremendous synergy to the whole process. She had a clear vision for our home and she drove it home.5. Negotiation: She was honest and level-headed. By doing thorough research on the market beforehand, she was able to make a persuasive case to the potential buyers.6. Local knowledge: She has invaluable local knowledge of the Tri-City area ( Fremont/Newark/Union City) such as upcoming planned developments, transit initiatives, and City regulations. On top of that, she is up-to-date on the latest market data and digital advertising.She is friendly, honest, and a professional with highest integrity and dedication to her customer. Adrienne worked with us from the beginning and was our real estate agent on our first home purchase - we closed on 7/1/16 in Newark. She was wonderful, patient, and helped us understand how to make our offer most attractive so we could close the deal. She also referred us to Ravi with Pacific Green Funding who was just as responsive and knowledgeable. Her advise that she gave us was right on the mark and her supporting staff were on top of our deal so that we could get it done as soon as possible once the offer had been accepted. In a competitive market where some of my colleagues have been waiting many years to get their offers accepted, we were able to do so on our first offer sheet - Our home had many offers, and there was a bit of a bidding war with some anxious moments given we are new home buyers but Adrienne was a great resource to bounce questions and thoughts off of and very calm/even kiel. It was wonderful to have her as our one stop shop - we felt minimal worry throughout the whole process and that was above and beyond what we were expecting/had heard from our friends/family in the area. Adrienne was able to help us make our dreams possible on our first offer. We truly appreciated there honest advice and responses at all hours of the day, weekends etc - did not expect such personalized service but we were definitely pleasantly surprised. It never felt like we were inconveniencing them. Highly recommend.
