My husband and I were young, first time home buyers and none of our family members had bought a home since 2010, so navigating the home buying process was a little frightening. Especially considering I was still finishing college and we were both acclimating to new jobs and new life as newlyweds. Luckily we found Ryne Yszenga, a member of the Heard Real Estate Team, and he was able to walk us through the home buying process. The Heard Real Estate team along with their financial department was able to make me feel confident about entering the home buying process with all the process steps and most importantly, we found a home we love and will grow with us as we grow older. We were able to put in an offer and sign our first purchasing document within 24 hours. Ryne also made sure that we had a Home Warranty to protect us in case anything should happen within the first year. My husband and I bought our home in March and have loved it everyday since. It is clear that Ryne and the Heard Real Estate team really cared about getting my husband and I our dream home in our dream area.

While I worked closely with Nate VanPelt as my buying agent, I felt the full support of the Heard Real Estate team throughout this process of buying my first home. Nate was extremely kind and from our first conversation was intent on me finding a home that fit me and not just any home. He was always willing to work with me to see a home even within hours of it being placed on the market. This was a 'must' at times considering it was an extreme "seller's market". Nate was very patient with me as I at times considered myself to be pretty clueless to certain processes. He provided several recommendations along the way that ultimately ended up securing an accepted offer with a buyer. I felt he and the team were extremely knowledgeable and were always a step ahead of me with my questions along the way. I really appreciated the dedication and ease to work with this team.
