I was moving from out of state and Bill constantly kept me up to date with new listings that were in my price range. After putting together a rather lengthy list of possible homes, we set up a weekend for me to come down to view the properties. Since the first couple of homes were not in an area where he considered himself to be an expert, he had another realtor show those to me. Very unselfish. I eventually decided that the town home we looked at was the best option for me. I was also in a bit of a jam in that I needed to close very quickly. With Bills knowledge and negotiation skills we were able to close on the day that I needed. He followed up with me regarding details that the closing team here in NC werent getting responses on the from the closing team that was handling the sale of my prior home. A check with my attorney for the home we sold and we were able to resolve the issue immediately. Bills attention to detail, having another realtor show me some homes, his kindness, and willingness to drive me around for a day, shows that hes a real professional. If and when it comes time for me to sell the home I bought, Ill be calling Bill. It was less than a month from the time that the home I purchased was put on the market and we were already closed. That is very remarkable and took lots of attention to details that he helped me through in every step.

Bill orchestrated the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new home flawlessly. From pricing my old home out at a profitable price, to ensuring we got the new home we wanted. His knowledge extends far beyond your average (unlock the door) realtor. He has extensive knowledge on construction methods, materials, and cost. He also has a lot of insight on current real estate laws and practices. To say the least there were very few questions along the way that he didn?t have an answer for. He also was able to pull off the closing on our exsisting house and the sale on our new house within a 24 hour period! So we could move right in! That isnt an easy thing to pull off. We had movers move the household stuff for us but Bill has a moving truck that is available to any of his clients, that was a life saver in allowing me to get my garage loaded up ahead of time. On top of that he is one of the nicest people my wife and I have had the pleasure of doing business with! I have a pretty high expectation for most things, Bill exceeded everyone of them. You will not be disappointed!
