Bobby has been my realtor for a number of years now. He initially helped us quickly lease out a rental property I had in West New York. both times the process was extremely smooth, various interested parties, got good tenants and the lease price was at market. Very happy. Most recently he also helped me sell that same property as it became increasingly hard to manage it while living out of New Jersey. The service from Bobby was top notch. Excellent advertising of the unit with professional photos, great listing price and we got various offers. The result were I got the condo sold at listing price, highest sale price in the building for 5 years and it was sold within a couple of months. Not all realtors on the same and Bobby brings excellent value to all his customers. weve known bobby for a long time, ever since we showed us our first rental apartment in jersey city back in 2010. bobby is reliable, on-time, has superb follow-up skills, and a great sense of humor. (did i mention he used to do stand up comedy in nyc?) he is very knowledgeable in the hoboken/downtown jersey city market. when charles and i were ready to buy our first home in jersey city, we knew we wanted to work with bobby and bobby only. every listing we were interested in seeing (which was A LOT), bobby met with us and gave us a good tour/background info. he was patient, understanding, and supportive of our needs first. when we were being impulsive and close to putting out an offer for a unit that was by an unreasonable seller at a price way above the market, bobby calmed us down and reasoned us out of it. we are so thankful for that since that would have been the worst mistake we made to date. after many months of searching, waiting, and working with bobby, we were able to close on a unit in a building that weve always looked at as our first choice. now were renovating it to meet our needs and counting down the days to moving in!!searching for a home is a very stressful, emotional process that can take a toll - there is no way around it. therefore, having a knowledgeable and patient agent who is always putting YOUR needs before all else can make a world of difference. bobby is that agent. and to us, he is now our friend as well.HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommended. thanks bobby for all your hard work!!
