I formally met Vernise on December 2nd, 2021 and in exactly 70 days, on February 10th, 2022 I closed on my first condo. Vernise was punctual (be it for virtual meetings or home visits), knowledgable, strategic, attentive to my interests, responsive and incredibly compassionate and considerate. Before moving forward with the process, Vernise covered everything I needed to know about the buyers market and all the associated costs in an incredibly informative and polished hour-long presentation. I appreciated her forward thinking in order to ensure I was making decisions with all things considered. After telling her what units I was interested in, she curated a list of the ones most appropriate for us to visit and upon seeing the first unit - I fell in love!
