Victoria has represented us in three transactions. The first, 3 years ago, was the purchase of our first home. We initially worked with two other realtors but after meeting Victoria at an open house, we loved her aggressiveness and positive attitude so decided to have her help us find the right home. Within a week we were under contract for a beautiful home at a great price. In what we thought would be a very difficult & daunting process that we had never experienced before, Victoria meticulously guided us through every step and made our first-time home buying experience a very exciting & positive one. We recently saw another home list on Zillow that appealed to us, and without hesitation we called Victoria to schedule a showing. We decided to make an offer and, thanks to Victoria's savvy market awareness and strong negotiation skills, we were under contract again at a great price. Within a week of going under contract for our new home, Victoria had our existing home on the market. It listed on Friday, Victoria hosted an open house on Saturday, and we had two very strong offers near our asking price by Sunday morning. We couldn't be more thrilled with Victoria's effort and the outcome it produces. She is a highly effective communicator, incredibly responsive (through all means of communication in all hours of the day or night!), and a pure joy to work with. We will undoubtedly call her again when we need a realtor and enthusiastically recommend her to anyone considering a real estate transaction.

Where do I begin? We planned to interview 3 real estate agents who were familiar with our area. We thought this would be the best way to go. We researched the top selling agents in our subdivision and set up the interviews. Victoria was first and became the last too. We cancelled the others! Her professionalism, knowledge of our subdivision, and unique belief in making sure that the process was emotionally satisfying for both the seller and buyers confirmed to us that we had made the proper choice. After inspecting our home, she sat down with us to explain the market, what potential buyers were looking for and what our home should sell for. Our requirements for no contingencies, cash buyer and the ability to rent the home for a month before moving were not a problem. After signing the contract, within hours Victoria called to set up a walkthrough. She had a couple that were looking for a home just like ours and met all our requirements for the sale. They also were willing to pay our full asking price. Victoria arranged for the inspection, put us in contact with a handyman, roofer, tile expert and window repair, all the while coordinating details with the title company. She aggressively stayed on top of all the important details to make our life much easier. Her communication skills are excellent. She doesn?t allow anything to fall in the cracks. Victoria became a good friend and someone we would gladly recommend to anyone selling or buying a home. Thank you Victoria from the bottom of our heart!
