Micheal A Tarallo is such a great man... cant believe we got so lucky as to have him as a realtor. the search for our house started back in 2013, going through many many many real estate agents who quit after a few showings. it seemed as though there was NO light at the end of the tunnel. my husband and i went out on a limb to meet mike after so many failed attempts of meeting other realtors. Michael was a joy from the moment we met him from the very end to our closing. he's showed us what seemed like a thousand houses, but not once did he quit. the first meeting with mike he said '' I'm not going to quit, we WILL find you your dream house'' and thats exactly what he did. if you're reading this review i want to ensure you that Michael is very impressive in his field. choosing mike as a realtor was the best choice we've ever made in this process.. and if you've been jerked around like we have for YEARS then look no further as mike is THE BEST realtor in the business. he's bubbly, friendly, funny and after a while he becomes part of your family (he's part of ours forever). if we ever buy another house theres no question on who id call! We had the good fortune to have Michael A. Tarallo list our investment property apartment for rent this year. He came to our first meeting enthusiastic and well prepared, and every interaction I had with him after that was the same. He proposed an efficient listing process, arranged for the staging and photographs, gave us a fair and reasonable rental value and had our apartment listed on MLS immediately. He spent time answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many nearby rentals were also listed, how long the listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area to make sure we accurately priced our apartment for rent. Michael was amazingly responsive to any of our calls or emails and patiently addressed all of our requests and questions. Michael made the vetting process extremely easy for us and discussed our wants and needs as landlords to assure that we found the right tenant for our home. Beyond his professionalism with us, the feedback we received from prospective tenants and their realtors was extraordinary. At our lease signing, the tenant's realtor made it a point to let us know how great Michael was to deal with and that he was one of the best realtor's he had ever met. We already knew that from our own experience working with him but it was great to hear that validation from a competing colleague. We highly recommend Michael for any real estate transaction and look forward to working with him again for any of our real estate needs. Whether we are buying, selling or renting a home Michael A. Tarallo will be the one we call. He is the most amicable, patient and professional realtor around.
