Teri & Steve are a fantastic team. They helped us sell our first home and buy our second home. We were selling our house during a sellers market when many agents were flooded with clients and making handsome profits. We interviewed several agents before Steve & Teri and each seemed bored, uninformed, and over satiated with the money they were making in a sellers market. When Steve & Teri came over to meet with us and saw our home they were able to appreciate the love and effort we had put into improving it. They were knowledgable, provided sound advise and strategic thinking, in-touch with our local real-estate market, pro-active in marketing our property, always available to answer our questions/concerns, along with sharp negotiation skills. They sold our home for a sizable profit. When we bought our second home it was after the real-estate bubble pop. This was a very difficult time for real-estate purchases. This is when we got to see Steve & Teris true metal because this deal was so complicated and on the brink of foreclosure with two different lenders involved that it took six months to close. Steves zen master tenacity and drive to figure out how to make this deal work was outstanding! Teris steady grasp on the mountain of documents & information required in this process was reassuring and provided the calm necessary in a very unpredictable transaction. Steve & Teri interfaced with the lenders consistently and applied their sharp negotiation skills to get all parties involved in agreement. They pulled-off a miracle in the most difficult real-estate market. What a huge accomplishment! Steve & Teri are fearless, honest, committed, savvy and have tremendous integrity in their work ethics. we found manny after our house was on the market for months with no movement with another agent. manny came to our home and learned about it and marketed the way it needed to be marketed. he was honest and hardworking. my house was a hard sale. we weren't in the ideal neighborhood and we did NOT have the most desirable features. manny took all the negatives and turned them into positives. he was whole heartily dedicated to selling our home. he came for every showing and was confident he could get us an offer and deal within 30 days. he exceeded my expectations, and was able to get an offer within 2 weeks!!! this sale was not the easiest sale, with tons of issues and hiccups from buyers end. manny took care of everything for us from start to finish. he stayed on those buyers until the very last minute and got it done! he even kept an eye on the house while we were out of town for the majority of the time! so glad to call him a great friend now!! if you are looking for someone who is dedicated to getting the work done and is passionate about what he does...
