It has been such a pleasure working with Joshua, especially as a first-time homebuyer. He is very knowledgeable, easy to talk with, and he answered my thousands of questions day or night. He always responded in a reasonable time frame. After viewing a couple of houses together, he quickly he understood what I was looking for in a home. His background in HVAC definitely helped in the process and made me feel more comfortable on deciding whether or not to move forward with a listing. He is very hands-on in the process and jumps right in when needed to resolve any issues. He kept his paperwork in order, which only made the process easier. In the end, the home I purchased actually exceeded my expectations, and it was everything I wanted and then some! After closing, Joshua followed up to make sure I had a smooth transition into my home. I definitely would recommend Joshua to anyone looking to buy a home, I have no regrets!

It was my parents and I first time buying a house and there was no doubt that it was going to be a very overwhelming and stressful but exciting process. Since were first time home-buyers, we really didnt have a source to help us. My parents first met Joshua from a phone call back when seeing one of many houses, and from that one phone call, my parents instantly knew Joshua was the guy for us. From the very start, long before I personally got to meet him, my parents would say how great of a person he is so I knew deep down we were all in good hands. Once I was finally able to meet Joshua in person, I could 100% agree. His personality and passion to help others is beyond. He doesnt make you feel like youre just a client but more like family. Any questions or concerns we ran into, he had no problem helping us out. Any house we got to check out, he always made sure it checked off everyones wishes. Whenever we went to go see an open house, he would be the first to check out every inch to make sure everything was in perfect condition. He would give us his inner best advice especially when it came to heating due to his prior experience. Joshua is the perfect person to contact when buying a home. Not only would you walk away with a new home but a new friend. My parents and I are extremely happy with our new home and calling Joshua our friend!
