Johnny was such an incredible agent and I am so glad we had the privilege of working with him. As first time home buyers, we were very nervous jumping into the crazy sellers market. We wrote on and lost two homes right away and were very discouraged. As upsetting as this was, Johnny was there for us the entire time and reassured us that those were not meant to be and that the perfect house for us was still out there.When we went to the showing of what would become our home, we were nervous to see over 20 cards for other agents that showed the home. We knew there were going to be a lot of offers and that we would have to have a really strong strategy if we had any hope of getting our offer accepted. Johnny was so knowledgeable of the market and came up with a great strategy. With his powerful negotiation skills, we were able to beat out 16 other offers and now live in the home of our dreams. We could not have done this without Johnny and the rest of the Keeling Homes team. We are so incredibly greatful for all of the hard work he put in along the way and will absolutely reccomended him to anyone looking buy a home.

Johnny was the perfect realtor for us. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and persistent. With the market being insane right now, we lost a few of our few offers, but he ultimately helped us to find our dream home through his negotiating skills. The entire experience was made better through Johnny's support. He helped us to pick out homes to see based on our criteria of "needs." He was prompt in sending us new properties that popped up if he thought we would like them. My husband and I have crazy schedules and he was extremely flexible in meeting with us when it was easiest for us.
