Courtney knows her stuff and her energy will make the entire experience enjoyable. Im not sure who seems happier about this home buying process; her or me. It feels good working with a professional who genuinely enjoys what they do. It shows in the type of homes shes found for me and the way she explains the pros and cons of each one. That type of positive energy is useful when dealing with a picky buyer like me. She works at getting you what you want and need; not just what will make her money. Out of all the agents and brokers Ive dealt with through the years, the experience Ive had with Courtney is tied for first place. One thing I like about Courtney is that she isnt afraid to admit if she doesnt have the answer to my question. She may not know when I ask, but it wont be long before she does. What I take from that is that shes straightforward and a problem solver. Ive dealt with a few agents in the past that are quite the opposite. I have been outbid a couple of times so far, but Id rather buy the right home for the right price than be ill-advised and pick up a low-quality home and high debt. In the Bay Area, having an agent willing to tell you that a home is way overpriced, instead of thinking solely of their commission is priceless. Im very comfortable with my decision to choose Courtney. I look forward to teaming up with her on my next few purchases.
