Mike was the listing agent on a house in Middleton that we just purchased. Mike was great to work with, understood our needs, not pushy, and very responsive to our questions and concerns. I could tell that Mike was the type of person who truly cared about the people selling the house as well as making sure that we were very satisfied with the service he provided. A couple of things that really stood out and showed that Mike was a special person: we ended up closing a week earlier than expected, Mike went out of his way to help the sellers make sure they were able to move out in time, staying at the house until 2am helping them pack up and move the night before the closing. The next day at the closing, a form that should have been pre signed by one of the sellers was missing, Mike offered to drive 90 minutes north to meet the seller at a bank to bring the form with original signature back to the title company. Anyone fortunate enough to work with Mike will be lucky and have a great experience.
