Cortney sent my wife and I a home listing that pretty well matched our needs in our desired area. She was able to get us in to look at the home an hour before public showings started. She had good knowledge of the neighborhood and had all the home info on hand to answer all our questions. She was real in the sense of pointing out possible updates needed along with the pros and cons of the house, not to mention she was very personable.With Cortney's quickness to act, due diligence and strategic negotiation skills we beat out the other 4 contracts on the table.Due to unfortunate personal circumstances (absolutely no fault of Cortney's or the sellers) we had to terminate the contract. This is where she really shined. She helped us navigate the unsettling waters of backing out of our legally binding contract with very little repercussion to us. She worked very well with the sellers agent and title company while assuring my wife and I (who were very nervous and anxious) that all would be fine in the end... which was the case. She was the perfect mediator, in all sense of the word, in our situation. If she would have us, we would love to work with her again :)For that she is a Five Star Real Estate Professional.
