Working with Erika is like having a sister or close friend go shopping with you. They try to help you figure out what you want, will give you an honest opinion about what youre looking at, has great ideas about how to work with something or how to play up the best features, but will also be real with you! If its not going to work, shell let you know, but break it to you gently! ?? Erika made my first time home buying experience so easy! She truly does take such GREAT care of her clients. I was in a bind, timewise, and I cannot believe we found and bought a house that I love, in just over a month! And thats me working full time and having other obligations as well. Her knowledge of the different areas around Tacoma, and her expertise in the process of buying was so very valuable and appreciated! Her responsiveness was impeccable! There were a couple times I contacted her aEURoeafter hoursaEUR?, and she responded immediately. And I loved that when she wasnt quite sure about a question I asked, she didnt try to just throw something out there to placate me. She honestly told me she wasnt quite sure, but shed find the answer for me. And SHE ALWAYS DID! Within minutes, and never more than a couple of hours! She works with a FANTASTIC, INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGEABLE lender(not sure if I can disclose name, so I wont! But I would!), who likewise answered my questions so quickly and was a wonderful source of information! The compassion and understanding for the stresses of home buying this duo had, did not go unnoticed, and is so very much appreciated! Erika walked me through every step, told me what to expect and gave me timelines. From providing packing materials (even offering to help pack up a house with 18 yrs of aEUR~shtuff!), through the disappointment of losing a bid, to the anxiety of inspection, to the excitement of getting those keys!, the whole process was so smooth! It was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Obviously, I cannot sing her praises enough!!
