TL;DR - Highly professional, experienced and easy to work with. Highly recommended even for first time buyer.My wife and I are first time home buyers and honestly we don't really have knowledge about buying a house. We were lucky that we met Kim as she is a very experienced and dedicated agent. We met her the first time when we visited a house and she was the seller agent. We were impressed by her positive attitude and deep knowledge in real estate. After discussing with her we decided to change our strategy to avoid bidding wars and buy a new construction house. During the pending period, she responded to our request very promptly and pushed the seller/builder to fix all the issues that we and the home inspectors found. We really appreciate her effort and highly recommend her to everyone who is seeking a dream house.
