It's refreshing when you find someone who has the heart to compliment a finely tuned expertise when it comes to real estate. And thats exactly what Nicole offers. As first-time homebuyers, we admittedly had little experience when it came to finding and purchasing our own home, but Nicole made the entire process a joy. While her knowledge of the business, the area, and the market helps her keep pace with the most successful Realtors out there, it was her caring and passion for us as clients that helped us eventually find the perfect place to call home aEUR" and I mean perfect. Nicole was absolutely amazing! We are recommending her and SunCal Real Estate Group to all of our friends and family members. Our home buying saga was impressively complex, but she navigated it with perceptible ease, and ample reassurance for us as first time home buyers. She managed to find us the impossible. A wonderful house, less than 25 minutes outside of Sacramento area.Anyone who lives in Roseville knows just how competitive real estate is in the area. Nicole managed to find us an insanely beautiful home, in the award winning Roseville School District, with a beautiful patio for our family, at a very good price. That alone should speak for her skill as a realtor. While she is a professional, Nicole is friendly and warm. She is the only agent I've ever encountered who puts herself in the 'same boat' as her clients. She gave us updates on the house buying process as soon as she received the information, sometimes even when she was busy with a family event. It's challenging to describe, but when she gave us bad news it was a lot easier emotionally, because we knew she was there with us, not for us. Which made receiving good news a joy. Throughout the process she remained steadfast, professional, and charming. All of our future real estate purchases will be through her, or through individuals that she vouches for. I recommend that anyone intending to purchase a home in Roseville or anywhere work with her.Update as of December 2017- We love our house, and SunCal Real Estate Group is a wonderful service to go through period. When you buy through SunCal Real Estate Group you get to work with a highly skilled agent, who has a killer team supporting them. Nicole was our agent and we really enjoyed working with her. One thing I would like to add is that Nicole has a lot of experience with people in the housing industry. For instance, we needed a home inspection and she pulled up the information on a company she could vouch for, and had it scheduled in less than five minutes. Also, she supported my 'first time homebuyers nerves' through the entire process, and for that I will always be thankful. If you can work with Nicole, or SunCal Real Estate Group, do.
