First of all, I want to say that Serena Kendall was a complete joy to work with. When I reached out through Zillow to view a home I had no idea who was going to be helping us. We had already spoken to a couple different realtors through Zillow and while they were kind, they seemed to have a aEURoetoo busyaEUR? attitude towards us. Serena was the first realtor to tell us that she was dedicated to finding us a home. My grandfather was in a rehab facility for a fall and we needed to find him a home in the Tri Cities ASAP so that when he got out things would be ready for him. Serena spent each day going above and beyond for us, showing houses at all different time of the day, going from one listing to another and never wavering from our goal to not only find a home quickly but to get the best deal we could. Within a few days she had found us a house that perfectly fit our needs, during the negotiations Serena was ready to advocate for us every step of the way until we reached an agreement that satisfied everyone. She had a wonderful detailed list explaining what came next and what our responsibilities were. Serena scheduled the inspection for us based on her recommendation for inspectors and the inspection report was very detailed and thorough. Between our offer being accepted and closing, Serena arranged for us to enter the home multiple times in order to measure for carpet and get paint quotes. At one point she had to bring her daughter with her because we needed in the home in the evening, her daughter was very respectful, kind and well behaved. After closing, Serena continued to check in and make sure that everything was going well. I would recommend Serena to anyone who is ready to find their next home! She is truly a gem!
