Beau is a former police officer and brings that level of commitment, professional demeanor, and people-reading skills to real estate. He promptly returned calls and texts or stopped by when I needed information, and that was true if the clock read 7am or 10pm. This was our first real estate transaction as sellers, and Beau knew what he had to tell us because we'd never gone through it, and he made the paperwork painless as well. He told us what to spend money on and what to leave alone in the staging of our home to maximize the sale price. He personally toured every other comparable home for sale in our area and our price range and kept us involved in those market values and what we should expect from potential buyers. When our home listed, he immediately followed up with each realtor who brought clients for a showing to gauge interest and provide cost of living expenses attached to our home. Finally, Beau's character and social intelligence put us at ease when he had to navigate a lack of professionalism shown by a fellow realtor during the final stages of the process.
