Was a first time home buyer so I had a ton of questions related to inspections, loan providers, pros and cons of townhomes vs. single home, school districts, comps etc. I found that John was extremely knowledgeable and patient with my wife and I as we barraged him with questions. The great thing about John is if he didn't know the answer to a question, he wouldn't make something up but would tell us he would get back to us, which he always did in a timely manner. John was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were completely informed and comfortable with decisions we were making and he helped us find our first home 2 years ago during the crazy housing market. We learned so much from him with regards to what to look for when researching houses, potential pitfalls, and other things seasoned buyers/sellers would know to look for, but not newbies like us. With his experience in renovating homes, he gave us very valuable insight into the potential costs of buying and renovating semi fixer-upper homes that we were interested in. If you're in the market to buy or sell a home, I'd highly recommend John. He recently emailed me out of the blue to update me about our home's recent increase in value. He didn't have to do that, but it shows the kind of professionalism and care that you'll get from him.
