I, Bill Payne, am pleased to write about my experience with Dee Watkins. I met Dee Watkins when a relative of mine passed away and I was handling his estate. The estate included his home, several duplex rentals, single units and a vacant lot. COVID restrictions were being implemented about the same time. Dee Watkins went above and beyond what we expected to help get the properties sold. Most of the renters were not keeping up with their rent and due to the COVID restrictions could not be put out of their living areas.Dee did an excellent job of staging the primary residence and landing a buyer. When the well water didn't pass inspection, she located a plumber and the estate had an ultra violet filter installed and the property sold quickly. Dee Watkins found a buyer for one of the duplexes. Due to some of the rentals being blighted and had criminal activities, Dee worked hard to find a buyer that would take the rest of the properties. She never gave up. Dee Watkins made it possible to move the various properties before winter settled in and amid the COVID crisis. Dee went above and beyond what many realtors would do to help sell our properties. Her expertise and knowledge of realty and understanding the law is very helpful and greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Dee Watkins as a realtor. She would be a very welcome asset.

My husband and I set about looking for a home, seriously, about a year ago. We came across for sale by owner, and several others that peaked our interest, but didn't fit the mold we were looking for. We became very perplexed, as HGTV makes home buying look like it should be a fun and exciting time. It wasn't. At all. Until, we came across Dee. We had done a walk-through with her years ago, but at that time, we were't ready to commit fully, to buying a home. We took Dee through the ringer, and each time, only to be told, 'it wasn't it' by us. She faithfully stood by my side through the tears and frustrations, braved snowstorms (several times) and even made it to our home to have our contract signed the night her wallet was stolen. She became more than an agent, she became an irreplaceable friend. She gave us info for a loan officer that finally told us what we had been waiting to hear! We looked at our home and closed on it, inside of 44 days! That is almost unheard of! And our closing took all of 40 minutes!! If you a searching for the right agent, stop, because Dee is the agent for you. She can make your dreams, a reality.
