I loved working with Melani! She knows what she's doing, takes into account what you're looking for, works with the lender to know what you qualify for, and dedicates a lot of time to each of her clients. She set aside entire days to take us around to properties as we were moving in from out of area and could only come on the weekends to look at houses. She would respond almost immediately to any texts and would put in offers for me whenever I saw something on the MLS that I'd like to try and go for. With the market as crazy as it is right now she was aggressive but realistic with our offers and would go do virtual walk-throughs during the week when we couldn't go look at places that came on the market during the week. She kept working hard right up until the house closed and she handed over the keys to my first home!Melani is a great person and has become a friend through this process. She's stopped by to check-in since I closed on the house and has stayed in touch. She'll be my go-to person for all my real estate needs in the future too.
