This was my first home purchase so I was fresh to everything related to buying a home. I had the pleasure of working with my own mom during the process and I was blown away. I've seen her tireless efforts for years working for her clients, but I finally got to be on the receiving end of what exactly those mean. I was updated with easy to understand lists of what I needed to do, options I had, insight on how those decisions would play out over the ownership process, and advise from a seasoned realtor that resulted in the purchase of a home I am proud to own. If I had questions (there were many) I never had a time where I couldn't get ahold of her. If I wanted to see a house she was available most of the time in the same day even though we are over an hour apart. I received home options multiple times a week and really felt that she wasn't waiting for to find something I liked, but was actively searching the home market for me and that alone made me feel taken care of. The contact I received from both Max Wright and Jeannette Shields of the wright homes team was worth mentioning as well. As things progressed in the process I was contacted promptly with everything I needed to submit and it completely took the guess work out of a new buyer. I cannot express enough how impressed and thankful I am truly to all 3 of them for making this happen for me. I feel as if I signed my name a few times, THEY made it all happen. I fully recommend using them to buy any home. I know I am a customer for life!
