Juan Delgado was incredibly helpful in helping my wife and I purchase our first home. Juan was assigned to me by his agency as a last minute change. I flew into SEATAC on an extended weekend to scout homes and Juan met me and, after refining our search criteria, drove me around to a few neighborhoods that first evening. He then spent the rest of the weekend escorting me around to numerous homes all across a 25-mile radius of JBLM (literally from Tacoma/Dupont to Puyallup, Yelm and into Olympia. Acer our first bid went unaccepted, Juan continued to actively search and found a home that we'd looked at, but had gone off the market in the weekend I was there. We put dwn a bid and it was accepted immediately! Juan then helped guide us through the tedious and time consuming process of actually purchasing our home. He was always available to answer even the surest of questions. When he didn't respond immediately, he answered within a day's time. He has easing ven been available for advice since our home.My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the service that Juan provided us. We look forward to the opportunity to work with him again!
