After working with Charlene I could not believe someone could leave a negative review. I have bought multiple properties in the area without an agent before meeting her I could not find an agent to answer the phone or return a call. She worked tirelessly to find properties that met my hard to find requirements. We have yet to find one that meets all my requirements but we are still looking. In the meantime we referred a friend from out of state which Charlene found the perfect house and did a great job in negotiating, setting appointments even though my friend was 6 hours away, and closed on a great home. She even helped me find materials at auction for an investment property. Anyone leaving a bad review obviously can't be pleased. The only problem we had was getting other agents to set up appointments with their clients which is exactly what the negative review complains about people being home. That is the sellers agents fault not Charlene's. I highly recommend her!
