We met Fatemah back in 2019 when we were making plans to move to the Bay Area and only in the early stages of thinking about buying a home. Fatemah was a great source of information and always available to take us to visit new neighborhoods to help us build familiarity with the area and help us determine what we were after. Once we finally decided on 'the one' we wanted, she was there to help guide us through the negotiation process. We ended up paying substantially over the asking price to secure our home, but that seemed to be the norm in early 2021! In the end, we're really glad that we managed to get the house we wanted, as we know there were multiple other interested parties. She helped guide us through the closing process with a great amount of patience and support for our various questions and has continued to be available to help us as we work through renovations. Overall, we highly recommend Fatemah, she was wonderful to work with over the past 2 years - never pushy and only ever supportive and keen to ensure our needs were met.

Before we met Craig we were a little nervous because we had never worked with a Realtor before and we didnt know what to expect. When we met Craig for the first time he made us feel extremely comfortable. We had no second thoughts about working with him at all. Although this is his full-time job, it seemed as if he was working only with us. He made the house buying experience interesting and easy. Craig was always on top of everything from all the disclosures that needed to be signed down to giving us our key at the close of Escrow. Would we recommend Craig to any and everyone we know?
