My experience with Mel was nothing less than amazing. She always had our best interest in mind. I really felt like I was working with family. Mel and her team never cut corners or made us feel like an inconvenience. They took the time to listen to what we wanted in our forever home and did the research to achieve that goal for us. They answered all of our questions efficiently , and we never felt ignored. The guidance throughout the whole process from selling our multifamily to buying our forever home was spot on. What makes Mel stand out most from others is her approach. She never made decisions for you but she did bring up clarifying questions through out the process of buying a home that really made sure you are making the right choice for such a big commitment. For example, my husband and I were considering a home and she had us look at the ceilings for water damage, checked the basement for any concerning areas or markings, we checked the exterior, roof ect. She made sure the home would fit our lifestyle and it was something we were willing to invest in. My husband is 6'4 and she asked him to stand in the shower to make sure he fit comfortable ( lol he didn't) , but it was the little details like this that makes her different from the others who are just concerned about fast money and an easy sale. I could not thank Mel and her team enough for everything they have done for us. I highly recommend Mel to anyone who wants to feel like they are dealing with family .

Mel SOLD MY HOME and has been wonderful to work with in the sale of my Townhome! Her work ethic is above and beyond all my expectations!! Her professional advice on price, listing preparations, and final negotiations allowed me to sell my home at a price higher than anticipated!!! Lastly, two other townhomes were listed at the same time in my complex and all the little details Mel helped with made my home sell FIRST!!! She truly is an agent you can trust and rely on throughout one of the biggest decisions in life!!! UPDATE 10/14/18!!!! Mel represented me in BUYING MY NEW home! Wow! I could not be happier! I absolutely love my new home and I have to give Mel and her team all the credit for making it all happen! Her high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and work ethic are unmatched!
