During our home buying search, my partner and I met a lot of pushy, condescending, and "what's in it for me" Realtors. That is until we met Antonella and the wonderful folks at Anderson. We met during an open house and not only were they friendly and welcoming to first time home buyers, they were extremely knowledgeable about properties throughout the Long Beach area. This might come as a shock to some, but it was really difficult to find realtors that were tied in with the community they were selling properties and could help match us with our ideal home. We fell in love with a loft Antonella showed us and helped us find a lender, secure financing, and submit an offer within 3 days of the open house. She worked very hard on our behalf to get our offer accepted, then continued to diligently sheppard us through the process to close within a month. Antonella was our champion - wonderfully communicative and thorough to make sure we had everything in place. She is also a kind and empathetic person that recognizes of how stressful the process can be. My family and I really enjoyed working with Kelly Costello at Anderson Real Estate. She made the process for our first primary home transparent and smooth. After interviewing a number of agents, Kelly stood out because shed really listened to the needs and requirements and acted quickly to send us personalized prospects. She took time to really understand our family and its needs and was always ready with answers and feedback specific to us. Her insider knowledge of the area, willingness to send photos, FaceTime, her responsiveness was especially helpful since we were remote buyers. When it came time to tour the area and houses, she was a wonderful host, educating us on the community and being very efficient with the limited time we had with our visit.
