I began the home buying process with little knowledge of both the process and the area. As a young 1st time homebuyer this is extremely daunting. You hear horror stories of people like myself getting so frustrated with the process that they are out of buying a home for years. I was especially weary of unscrupulous agents taking advantage of my inexperience and lack of knowledge and putting me in a bad situation.
