I was a real procrastinator when it came to listing. From all the 'sold' signs bearing their names in my neighborhood, I knew the Wests would be a top choice for listing. After our first encounter, I came away with the feeling of true professionals, people of good character, and honesty. I think it took me about 2 years to actually get busy and sell, and during the wait time Mike was never even close to pressure or push, simply letting me know of his presence and desire to jump in and get the house sold whenever I was ready. I soon came of the opinion that not only were the right type of skills honed to perfection, but a genuine caring aboutpeople superseded having to use to skills. The income/life experience level of people buying the price range of house we were listing, in my opinion, indicates a buyer who is discerning in not just housing but in the type of person they do business with, and look for traits Mike and Leilani exude. From pre-beginning until after closing they handled the whole thing with patience, understanding, and an educational approach. I was 110% informed, communication lines open and prompt. We got full price + a little on top, closed quickly, and they 'held my hand' thru cleanup, moving, painting, staging(wow!), and closing.
