I've known Clarence for over 10 years now - when we met in college he was studying Structural Engineering so I knew he always had a passion for homes. He's obviously very smart and very savvy since he studied engineering at a top notch school. On top of that I think I recall him getting his Masters in Civil Engineering, too. Because of his background and structural engineering experience, I knew we were going to find our home that would be safe for me and my fiance to grow our family in. As a home buyer, I've had experiences in the past with both selling and buying and I would have to say this experience was nothing short of exceptional. Clarence was readily available anytime and was highly responsive. It's as if he's waiting for my phone call or my text messages with questions! His knowledge in the industry and the way he explains the process was very thorough and clear so that we knew what to expect throughout the process. He never made us feel uncomfortable. At the end of the day, we ended up getting the house for roughly $27K below the seller's asking price! Although I've been friends with Clarence for such a long time, the way he exudes his professionalism throughout the process is what impresses me. When it comes to business, he keeps it business and I appreciate his honest input. I am looking forward to having a lifetime business relationship with this gentleman as much as I'm grateful for our friendship. Well done, young lad! Keep it up!

I had a very pleasant experience working Clarence on the purchase of my condo. His smart, pleasing personality made me feel at ease and trusted him throughout the process. I knew what was happening on every step of the way with our transaction. We were actually looking in the community before and even when we identified one that we liked, Clarence advised us that there may be appraisal issues because the sellers asking price was too high. We never felt pressured and in fact, we felt like he was watching out for our best interest. Couple months later when a similar condo in the community was available, we were the first ones that were able to see it. It was bigger, and sellers asking price was lower. It was perfect! We made an offer right away based on the market value, and not based on the sellers asking price. Clarence was able to help negotiate for us to get the condo unit for $10,000 below sellers asking. We are so happy with our purchase which he made possible in less than 30 days at a plausible price. One of the main reasons is because Clarence brought us this opportunity before the house hit the market. He's completely in the know. Clarence was recommended to me by several people, now I'm here to recommend him to you! You won't regret it! Buying a house is a huge decision and you need someone with ample industry knowledge to get the RIGHT deal done.
