Jeff made the process of buying my first home very easy. He was patient throughout the process and fair. Jeff was honest and there were no surprises. He kept me informed from start to finish. When we did run into minor issues he always made sure they were resolved in a timely fashion. He went above and beyond in order to make sure everything was in working order in the home so I did not walk into any headaches. My major concerns when buying the home was the outdated air conditioning unit, furnace, and hot water heater. When the seller refused to correct these issues Jeff had HVAC technicians inspect the system. This was all done at no cost to me. Once it was determined the items in question were functional Jeff provided peace of mind by including a home warranty for me. When the appraisal did not go as planned he took it upon himself to resolve the issue by appealing the initial evaluation. Eventually, we were able to come to an agreement with the seller and ensure the transaction progressed. However, the seller delayed our closing date multiple times. Jeff was diligent with staying in constant communication with the seller and make sure all involved parties were on the same page. When it came close to the time my rate lock and credit report were due to expire he urged the seller to complete the transaction prior to the expiration. Although the process of buying a home is inevitably a bumpy process Jeff did his best to keep things rolling in the right direction. He always found a solution for any issue we ran into. Jeff is a hardworking, professional and fair realtor. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.
