Payal helped me and my wife buy our first home in the bay area. As a first-time homebuyer, we were entirely new to the process; Payal methodically helped us narrow down on the houses, helped us shortlist the neighborhoods and make a successful offer. Initially, when she accompanied us on the house tours, she made sure to understand what our requirements were, and then through the process, recommended us the listings that meet those requirements. On these tours, she helped us explore numerous options to utilize the space efficiently and suggested potentially ideas for future improvements. Payal was always readily available on chat. She stays on top of things and is very well organized when it comes to documentations. Indeed, when we met some of the listing agents from our previous unsuccessful bids, they spoke at length about Payals work ethic. They mentioned that, while the houses had received > 15 offers, Payals process, documentation and responsiveness were what stood out the most. During our successful bid too, Payal stayed on top of things, even though the sellers werent super responsive at times. She is a great negotiator - at times she advised us against over-bidding on the house, but also ensured we had a good chance of winning the bid. Again, because of her negotiation skills and meticulous process, we secured our house at a lower price than most of the comparable listings in the neighborhood during the same time. Even after our bid was accepted, Payal provided great recommendations, ranging from contractors, gardeners to home inspectors. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Payal and strongly recommend her as a real estate agent!
