We met Marly and David at an open house and were immediately impressed with their honest appraisal of the house we were visiting. Based on that meeting, we asked them to help us in our search for a new home and they were superb in every way. They toured prospective homes with us, pointing out areas of concern, and giving us honest insights into expected costs to repair or renovate. Most importantly, they understood what we wanted in a new home and didn't try to get us to compromise on that. When we did find the property that we wanted, David and Marly found innovative ways to put our offer at the top of the list and we ultimately purchased the home. It's refreshing to find realtors like Marly and David who put their clients' needs and desires ahead of their own desire to earn a commission. We highly recommend them.

When we met Scott, we were in a situation where we had less than 60 days to move from our current home, in other words he had less than 60 days to find us a house that we wanted And help us buy it! SCOTT did an excellent job in less than 60 days and we were ever to purchase the home that we wanted and then some we went from a two bedroom two bath to a four bedroom Two bath home with a perfect bonus sunroom, That my wife has since turned into a solarium because the sun comes in beautifully into that room for up to six hours she is so happy :-), and none of this wouldve been possible without Scott McFarland!!!!Thank you Scott for all the effort and all the knowledge you provided us, and teaching us how to make a good offer on a great house and come out on top!,,, To tell the truth weve been in our home for a week now and every morning we wake up and we are still so amazed and blessed that we are waking up in our home and not just A house!It wasnt easy because we were dealing with the VA, Scott mustve wrote about three different closing addendum aEUR~s, and it took a lot of effort on his part to keep the seller where we wanted them, The closing was flawless!....
