Peter has been one of the best realtors I?ve had the process of working with. I?ve worked with a few realities for my previous homes before and between all of them Peter had exceeded all expectations. I was looking for a house in a certain area in Florida, Peter living more than an hour away from the designated area, he came prepared and with a list of areas and neighborhoods to look at surrounding my needs. Peter made sure to ask very specific questions in all the little details I want in a home, from bedrooms and bathrooms, color of the house, schooling and even kitchen to living room ratio and finally size for my girls rooms. Peter has shown a great level of expertise in his work and knowledge. Peter never had me wait till the next day to see a house, he just made a call on the spot and got us in per any request. I would recommend Peter to all my friends and family looking for a house in Peters qualified states.
