We highly recommend Steve Garza as a realtor. He was very helpful and patient with us as this was our first home purchase and we are from out of state. Steve is originally from the area, so his knowledge of the neighborhoods and growth was especially helpful to us. He took us to as many homes as we wanted to see (over 3 different all-day out-of-town visits, and many shorter in-town visits, totalling around 100+ homes!). Clearly, he was very patient with us, and always willing to make time for us. We never felt rushed or pressured, in fact, he would help us to see the potential downsides to a property.We put two offers on homes (before our final purchase), and Steve was supportive of our decision, but also let us know his opinion. On one home, the AC units were old, and were due to break very soon. Steve reached out to the sellers agent to try and negotiate a better deal where we wouldn't be out 20K if the AC went out suddenly. It didn't work out, and we ultimately passed on the home on Steve's recommendation. Steve truly puts his clients before his own self interest.He has definitely gained our trust. Steve is out there to help his clients get the best home. We felt very comfortable working with him, and will definitely work with him again if the situation presents itself.
