Tania is incredible! We moved across the country and just happened to meet her at one of her listings. She was professional, knowledgeable, if she didnt know an answer she found out, and was SO kind and energetic. That house wasnt the one for us, but Tania certainly was! She made every aspect of our home buying experience amazing. She had the patience of a saint(we were new to the area and werent sure exactly where or what we were looking for at first), knew the market, what to look for and where, she listened and made great thought out suggestions when we asked but always made sure this was OUR experience. Tania is a professional beyond reproach, truly has a passion for what she does and cares about the people she works with. By closing day, she was family! We could not recommend her highly enough!

With the current pandemic situation we leveled quite a few restrictions on Tania including no yard sign, no open house, limit showings to qualified buyers only, ect. Knowing full well the possibility of limiting our sell chances fully existed Tania had a work around for everyone of our concerns and boy did she deliver! With the proper comp and market information gathered we listed our home appropriately priced and she hit the ground running. Her vast array of contacts to other agents and networking skills rendered an offer on our property within 48 hours with a closed deal 3 weeks later!
