We had worked with a couple of other realtors and had almost given up that there were actually realtors out there that were knowledgeable about this field. After meeting Tatiana we were immediately comfortable with her knowledge of the industry. Some of the qualities we appreciated were:1) She was very patient with the process of finding a good house "fit" for my husband and I2) She was always prompt when we were to meet.3) If we called her with a question or concern, she got back to us immediately. If she didn't know the answer, she didn't shrug it off but tried to find the answer as soon as possible.4) When we visited a house, she pointed out the good and the bad. I thought it was also commendable that she did things like check the water heater, furnace, wanted to know about the sewage system...she didn't just look at the cosmetics of the house. She checked the "bones" and how everything was working.5) Once we found a house we liked, she walked us through the steps to finalizing the sale and made sure we understood everything we were signing and agreeing to. I believe she also was able to give us reputable recommendations for setting up appointments such as getting the sewage system checked and the inspection done.6) We were trying to sell a house in another state, and the realtor there didn't really understand what she was supposed to do. Tatiana actually told us the steps the other realtor should be taking and how to proceed, which we passed on to the other realtor.She has told me she loves her job, and it comes through in her intelligence of the field, her genuine warmth, and her love of people and wanting to help make their dreams come true. There is so much she has done that I can't even remember right now -- she STILL keeps in contact with us to make sure all is going well (!). I would highly recommend Tatiana to anyone looking for a realtor.
